How we handle your information when you learn with AI Growth Lab.

Last updated: 11 October 2026

Information we use

When you create an account, we use your email address and account identifier to sign you in and manage your account. If you choose a social sign-in provider, it may share account information such as your email address and name according to the permissions you grant. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth.

We store your timezone, course enrollments, lesson progress, completion dates, reading checkpoints, XP, streaks and earned awards so you can continue learning across visits and devices. Display names and handles saved before those settings were removed may remain in your private account records.

How we use your information

We use account and learning information to provide lessons, save your progress, calculate rewards, secure your account and respond to support requests. Your account preferences and learning history are private to your account. The site does not offer public learner profiles or sell your learning data.

Cookies and technical information

We use cookies to keep you signed in and safely complete sign-in, account recovery and lesson-return flows. Blocking these cookies can prevent account features from working. We have not added advertising trackers or a separate analytics service to the site.

Services that deliver the website and authentication may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times and browser details to operate and protect their services.

Services we use

Supabase provides authentication and database storage. Our Contact page loads an embedded Tally form. Tally receives the information you submit through that form and may process technical information when the form loads. Contact submissions are kept separately from your learning account. Please avoid sending passwords or secret keys.

These providers may process information outside your country. Read the Supabase privacy policy and Tally privacy policy for information about their services. If you use social sign-in or follow a link to another website, that service has its own privacy policy.

Your choices and account deletion

You can change your saved timezone or delete your account in Settings. Deletion requires confirmation and permanently removes your live authentication account and owned learning records, including progress, XP, streaks and awards. Shared course content and other learners’ data are retained.

Account data is retained while your account exists. Deletion from the live service does not immediately remove copies from provider backups or operational logs, which may remain for their retention periods. Deleting your account does not automatically delete messages submitted through Tally. Contact us to request deletion of those messages.

Questions and requests

Use our Contact page to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. We may need to verify that the account or message belongs to you before handling a request.

We will update this page when our data practices change and show the revised date above.
