Using AI Growth Lab

These terms apply to the learning website at learn.theaigrowthlab.net, operated as AI Growth Lab. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it. The website provides educational lessons and tools for tracking your learning. Some lessons are public; account features and protected lessons require a verified account.

Your account

Use an email address or sign-in account you control and keep your login credentials secure. Do not impersonate another person or use someone else's account without permission. Contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Progress, XP, streaks and awards are learning features. They have no monetary value and do not represent an accredited qualification, professional certification or guarantee of employment.

Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully and respect other people's privacy and intellectual property. Do not attempt to access another learner's records, bypass account or access controls, tamper with learning records, distribute malicious software or disrupt the service. Do not send passwords, API keys or other secrets through our Contact form.

Course content and licenses

Course materials include contributions from Datawhale and Easy Vibe contributors. Follow the attribution and license notices linked from each course. Materials identified as Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 may be reused under that license, including its attribution, noncommercial and share-alike conditions. Other linked resources, software, trademarks and third-party materials may have their own terms. These terms do not replace their licenses or grant additional rights to them.

We do not claim ownership of original projects you create while learning. You are responsible for checking the licenses and permissions for any code, images or other materials you include in your projects.

External tools and services

Lessons may refer or link to AI tools and other services. Their availability, pricing and behavior are controlled by their providers, and using them may require a separate account or payment. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Review and test code or AI-generated output before relying on it or deploying it.

Privacy and ending your use

Our Privacy Policy explains account data, social sign-in, learning records and your privacy choices. You can stop using the website at any time and delete your account in Settings. Account deletion permanently removes your live account and owned learning records; the Privacy Policy explains the separate treatment of backups, logs and Contact submissions.

Availability and responsibility

We may update course materials and website features, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or other reasons. We may restrict access when necessary to address misuse, security threats or legal obligations. Where reasonably possible, we will explain an account restriction and provide a way to contact us.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its educational materials are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, error-free content or particular learning or business outcomes. You are responsible for how you use what you learn. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

We will post changes to these terms on this page and update the date above. If a change materially affects your use of the service, we will provide a notice on the website before it takes effect.
